The backdrop is reversible and the opposite side will be a lighter version of the front meaning you're getting two usable backdrops for the price of one! This backdrop is sturdy, reliable, and made from 65% cotton/polyester blend muslin. This deep brown color changes dramatically based on lighting which gives you a myriad of possibilities when shooting your subject.

Instructions:
Random wrinkle patterns on backgrounds are very attractive and may be achieved by unfolding the background and stuffing it into a background bag. If a smooth background is desired, a steamer may be used to reduce wrinkles.

NOTE: When using a steamer do not saturate the background as this could cause the colors to run.

Caring for your Westcott Muslin Background:
Westcott backgrounds are constructed from cotton/poly blend muslin. They are hand painted with an acrylic-based paint. Backgrounds are not flame retardant. Backgrounds should not be machinewashed or dry-cleaned. Care should also be taken not to get the background wet. To prevent the transfer or shedding of color we recommend spraying the background lightly with a fabric protectant spray. Wait until the first coat is entirely dry and then spray again. This will help with the cleaning up of dirt and spills along with reducing the transfer of color. Allow the background to dry thoroughly before using or storing. To avoid color fading do not store in direct sunlight.
