The Quarter Stop series of silks by Matthews are less dense than regular silks, thus providing more fine-tuned light control. 1/4 Stop Silk is about 0.6 stops light loss, slightly softening and diffusing light while introducing a significant amount of ambient bounce without much reduction of light intensity.
