The Hoodman HS7CF32 Steel CompactFlash Memory Card 1000X 32GB features SSD flash inside. SSD (Solid State Drive) Flash is designed to replace hard drives in computers, it is the most stable, reliable flash you can put in A CompactFlash Memory Card. SSD lasts through 500,000 (half a million!) cycles of life. 1 cycle of life equals filling the memory card, and then reformatiing the card. Using this state-of-the-art technology keeps RAW CF cards shooting 490,000 times beyond the point where its competitors fail. The Hoodman Steel 32GB CompactFlash Card is a UDMA Mode 7 device, which maximizes the performance of cameras using the UDMA protocol. (See Below for a list of cameras known to use UDMA protocol.) UDMA cards will work with both non- UDMA and UDMA enabled devices. UDMA will also dramatically increase the card-to-computer transfer rates when paired with a UDMA- enabled reader.
