The Gefen HDTV DVI-D Fiber Optic Cable 166 ft (M-M) is specially designed for high performance and long distance signal extension. The DVI connectors electro-optical components, and the fiber optic cable are integrated as one assembly, providing ease of installation, increased reliability, and better performance by eliminating the interconnections. This active cable can be powered through the DVI connector or via the included power supply in case the video source has insufficient power to drive the 5V signal lines within the cable. HDTV Extreme cables are HDCP compliant.
These cables are available in a variety of lengths between 10 and 100 meters (33 and 330 feet).

HDMI Extreme Fiber Optic Cables are not designed for permanent in-wall installation.
